I say all of that to say this, With the amount of visits to Gun lake a coupled with the amount I play its is impossible not to have accidently hit a pay out. I even had two others in Indiana and 1 in Vegas during the same 4 year period. This is would not be the total problem except I have had 4 in soring eagle, 2 in fire keepers, and 1 in four winds. We have frequented Gun Lake more then any of the others primarily due to its close proximity to our home (about 25mins), and in four years I have never had one hand pay in this place, and my wife has had 1. I have never been one to complaint about an casino experience or even write a review but in this case Gun lake casino truly needs to clean up its act.

We are both retired and take trips to casinos and resorts frequently. DO NOT DEPOSIT YOUR MONEY WITH THIS OPERATOR.My wife and I have been in the Grand Rapids area for a little more then 4 years, we have been to every casino within driving range, (Soring Eagle, Fire keepers, little river and Four Winds. Gun lake just didn’t want to pay me my 1,000 loss promotion. We can sometimes reopen it as a one time courtesy but we are unable to reopen it due. However, when a patron mentions closing their account, we close the account for security purposes. When I responded to him that I did NOT authorize him to close the account he said that I apologize for the inconvenience. The customer service rep closed my account without me telling him to do it. I planned to do this after my loss promotion was received. I opted into the promotion, even though it want the promotion I had expected when I signed up, I mentioned to the customer service person that I was disappointed and would clos my account. They said that the promotion wasn’t valid and the only promotion was the 1,000 casino loss promotion. I didn’t receive and reached out to customer service. I signed up under the impression I would receive a deposit match of 750. Terrible customer service-wont pay loss promotion
